Ciremai Festival Run 2018

This event is held in a series of events at the core Ciremai festival which will be held on December 16, 2018. The Ciremai Festival will be held annually. For safety considerations, we limit up to 200 slots for this event. We intend to offer interesting tracks with the right safety, fun, safe and can strengthen Trail Run fans

REGISTRATION
1. Registration information through the official Ciremai Festival Run website, http://www.ciremaitrail.com/
2. Registration for the Ciremai Festival Run starts on November 2, 2018.
3. Prospective participants must complete the registration form at http://bit.ly/CiremaiFestRun2018 in accordance with actual, accurate, current and comprehensive personal data. For further registration information, please contact CP 087729403357/085318337050 (Available WhatsApp).
4. The organizer has the right to contact the prospective participant to verify the validity of the data registered.
5. The membership of Ciremai Festival Run is open to the public, namely;
Licensed athletes and non-licensed Indonesian citizens
General community (non athletes) Indonesian citizens
Open to Foreigners (only Kitas / Kitap holders)
6. For prospective participants who have filled out the registration form MUST PAY (transfer) a maximum registration fee of 7 (seven) days after completing the registration form no later than 23:59 WIB

8. Prospective participants who have made a payment (transfer) registration fee MUST immediately send proof of payment (transfer) on the same day when payment via scan / photo e-mail to address: ciremaifestivalrun@gmail.com with the subject “Payment for Ciremai FestRun ”
9. Registration will be processed if the prospective participant has paid the registration fee. Registration fee is non-refundable.
10. The Ciremai Festival Run party will send Electronic Mail / Confirmation E-mail to the Ciremai Festival Run Membership no later than 7 (seven) days to applicants who have:

Please confirm through the registration committee (087729403357) if within 7 (seven) days you have not received an Electronic Letter of Confirmation of Participation.
11. Participants MUST PRINT (print out) Confirmation Electronic Mail Ciremai Festival Run membership is one of the conditions for race pack collection.
12. Each participant can only do one registration for 1 (one) desired category. The organizer has the right to cancel the registration of candidates who are known to have registered at Ciremai Festival Run. Registration fees that have been made for the canceled registration will not be refunded.

14. The organizer has the right to limit and refuse registration. The organizer has the right to close the registration without prior notice.
15. For participants in the 33K Trail (Summit) category MUST submit a Health Certificate to the organizing committee at the time of taking the race pack collection. Health Certificate is very important to state that participants are in good health and can take part in the competition. Maximum Health Certificate is made within a period of 1 (one) week before the competition which can be obtained from General Practitioners, Clinics, Health Centers and / or Hospitals.
16. The organizing committee is not responsible for all incidents of accidents, injuries, defects and even deaths that have befallen participants due to negligence / non-compliance of participants with the Ciremai Festival Run rules and guidelines.
